If you have been on a London tube anytime in the last month chances are you may have seen the Moonfruit advertisement campaign and did a double take, and you were right it was me holding my 'Handled' Union chopping board in my studio! The photograph was taken by the very talented photographer Alex Grace. Unfortunately I wasn't credited on the advertisement or on Moonfruit's website or blog, but when someone glanced sideways at me in the supermarket the other day it must have been because he recognised me from the tube so overall it was a win.

'Handled' Chopping Boards have been inspired by the V&A’s silver galleries. They are an interpretation and celebration of the craft that precedes them. The clean lined silhouettes and integral handles give the pieces a strong contemporary look. The designs evoke the feeling of luxury and nostalgia, and the combination of sustainably manufactured board and digital processes with my chosen materials gave the opportunity to express intricacy whilst still retaining strength.
